Questions worth answering honestly.
If yours isn’t here, ask — we reply within one business day.
Ordering
Do I have to request a quote for every job?
No — every service on the site is priced. For standard work, add it to your cart and order directly. Quotes are only for bespoke jobs: large volumes, ongoing retainers, or anything outside a listed package.
What information do you need from me to start?
The document or content itself, the language pair, and — for certified translation — where the document is going, so we can confirm the right certification.
Can I order more than one service at once?
Yes — add each service to your cart and check out once; we coordinate the work internally.
Do you work with businesses on a recurring basis?
Yes — ongoing and repeat work is common, especially for business & legal and technical translation; ask about setting up a standing arrangement.
Pricing & payment
Are the prices shown final?
The published price is the starting point for the package or unit shown; any options you select (faster turnaround, an additional language pair, add-ons) are shown before you pay, so the final total is never a surprise.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer is the standard method — we issue an invoice and confirm the order once payment is received. A demonstration card-payment option is also shown at checkout.
Is VAT included?
No — prices are shown excluding VAT (24%, the Estonian standard rate), added as a separate line at checkout.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes — add your company name and VAT number (if applicable) at checkout, and we’ll issue the invoice accordingly.
Certified documents
What’s the difference between certified, notarised, and apostilled?
Certified means the translator signs and stamps a declaration of accuracy — included on every certified job. Notarised means a notary additionally confirms the translator’s identity and signature. Apostilled means the document also carries an apostille for use in another country. Which you need depends on where the document is going — we’ll confirm before you order.
How do I know if my document needs an apostille?
If it’s travelling to a country that’s a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, it usually needs an apostille rather than full consular legalisation. Tell us the destination country and we’ll confirm.
Do you handle the notarisation and apostille process for me?
Yes — we coordinate certification through registered sworn translators and notaries, so you don’t have to arrange it separately.
Can I get a printed, stamped copy sent to me?
Yes — a printed, stamped hard copy is available as an add-on, delivered by registered post or courier.
Turnaround & delivery
How long does a standard translation take?
It depends on length and service — most standard jobs deliver in 3–7 business days. Exact turnaround is shown on each service’s pricing section.
Can I get it faster?
Yes — express (48 hours, +40%) and priority (next business day, +80%) turnaround are available on most services.
How is my translation delivered?
Digital delivery — a secure link or email — is included as standard. Physical delivery (registered post or courier) is available where a hard copy is needed.
What if I need it internationally?
Courier delivery to the EU is available at checkout; ask about delivery outside the EU.
Confidentiality
Is my document kept confidential?
Yes — every document is treated as confidential by default.
Can you sign an NDA before I send my document?
Yes — ask when you order and we’ll have one signed before the file is opened.
How long do you keep my files?
Only as long as needed to deliver your order and meet our legal record-keeping obligations, then they’re deleted. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Who actually sees my document?
The translator assigned to the job and the independent second reader — no one else, and never a third party without your consent.
