Certified translation is priced per standard page (1,800 characters including spaces); everything else is priced per word, with a stated minimum order.
Language pair
Estonian ↔ English is included in every price below. Russian, Finnish, Swedish, and German carry a 15% surcharge.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is included in every price. Need it faster? Express (48 hours) adds 40%; priority (next business day) adds 80%.

Why is certified translation priced by page and everything else by word?
Certified documents are usually short and formal, priced consistently regardless of exact word count — a standard page (1,800 characters including spaces) is the industry-standard unit. Larger, freer-form work is priced by word so the cost tracks the actual length.
What counts toward the minimum order?
If your word count comes in under a service’s stated minimum, the minimum applies instead of the per-word rate.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
No — prices are shown excluding VAT. Estonian standard VAT (24%) is added as a separate line at checkout.
Can I get a fixed quote instead of ordering a package?
Yes, for anything that doesn’t fit a listed package — large volumes, ongoing work, or anything you’d rather size with us directly — ask about your project and we’ll quote it.
